This is an great site which i've been visiting for a couple of years now. Great reviews and interviews!
But i still wonder when the Career reviews of Rage and Grave Digger is coming? Can you hurry up please

Hi Anton, thanks for your nice words! Well, those career reviews have been sort of put on ice for now... we'll see when and if time allows us to actually get them together in the future. :) Many of the existing ones have to be re-written also, since they were done in a time when my english were not that good, I am afraid. | Ok Dave, don't worry, foget my reaction. The review is very good, thinking that many songs are old and very imperfect, i surely admit it! It was just strange to be compared with Rhapsody (i never listen them!). Anyway...we hope to see a better album in the future, thanx a lot!!! |

| Hello Holy Martyr guys! To link a new band to a couple of ‘well known’ ones is just a formality for the readers to orient themselves briefly, and should not be seen as a categorization carved in stone. As you might also have noticed I gave you 9/10 in originality. That means basically that there are no absolute given comparisons to make. I can guess you are tired of being linked to Rhapsody, but why should it be better to sound like Maiden than Manowar? ;) Anyway, you have a point that I did mention the two one time too much in the first paragraph, but that was more a matter of a miss in my editing, than of meaning. |

We thanks the staff of this webzine for the support but the review for our album was a little strange...ehehe! Next time give the album to someone which know bands like Omen or Iron Maiden...not only Rhapsody or Manowar.

As for the review, the guy that wrote that review is indeed very skilled in the classic metal scene, and of course also the bands that you mentioning, actually that is his main genre. Hello from DownUnder Australia, man this is a fantastic website with heaps of information. I understand that reviewers may have biased opinions whether it be positive or negative but having just read a review on Grave Diggers 25 to Live I am a little disappointed about the negative slurs against this band. Rich asshole bands such as Metallica and Kiss have the cash and produce absolute crap live DVD recordings but when Grave Digger deliver good old honest Metal one should not knock them.
Enough said because your website is one of my main sources of inspiration in discovering new bands.

Hello there! I am glad to see that we have reached all around the world in our mission to deliver the goods. :) I am not sure if you are referring to my review of the Grave Digger dvd or just reviews of it in general. In case you mean mine, I just want to point out that the only things I had slightly negative remarks about is the almost non-existing stage show, the fact that there is only one guitarist which makes it sound thin sometimes and the fact that the image splits in small parts on some occasions which does not belong in any live video. Apart from that I can assure you that Grave Digger is, and will continue to be, one of my absolute favorite bands of all time. Musically, they really kill the major part of the competition. Nice to hear from you and I hope you will hang around in the future also. //Tommy |

Occultfest bestaat dit jaar vijf jaar, en op 2 september gaat men dat vieren. Op het festival terrein aan de Wijsterseweg in Hoogeveen worden twee podia gebouwd, waarop die dag in totaal veertien nationale en internationale bands acte de présence zullen geven. Voor de ongelofelijk lage kosten moet je maar even op de website van het festival kijken.
