Im planning to by a ticket,
Is there someone else that will?
Is it any good?

Reply:
Hi Leia.
I believe that it will be good, at least Destiny of the confirmed bands is usually very good live, and there is more bands to come.
For my own part I am planning to go and have already got my hands on a ticket.

Hi! How come you haven´t reviewed Apostasy`s latest album "Devilution" ?

Reply:
For the same reason that all the rest of the metal albums in the world are not present on the site: lack of time. We just have to see what happens in the future. //Tommy

The saddest news have just reached me... Nightwish has parted with the adorable singer Tarja... it hit me like someone close to me had died or something. =( Apparently Tarja and the other guys didn´t get along the last months (years?). OK, Tuomas says that NW will continue with a new female vocalist, but in my opinion it can never be the same without Tarja. The NW official site must be overloaded or something, because I can't reach it... here's the sad news anyway:

Hi Tim!

I agree with Tommy here. Of course the expectations on new material are a bit higher if an artist has a genuine back catalogue to compare with. You should definitely start to collect the U.D.O. records! (As well as those with Accept of course, if you don't have them already.)

Mission No. X is unfortunatelly not as fresh and vital as its predecessors. But I hope and think that it is a temporary lack of inspiration.

When it comes to Aeronautics I just think that it lacks the great songwriting that made the debute a top scorer. To be frank - it is a boring record. It most of all lacks the harder, darker songs like Crawling From Hell, Bleeding Eyes and Soulburn, for example.

Hello!

Matte & Elias from Khaoz Star Records writing.

We just want to inform you some news concerning our label

We are very proud to have signed the Swedish Plutonium. Their music can be described as extreme metal with an industrial touch. The debut CD will be released in 2006. For more info about Plutonium, visit their website.

You can also pay Khaoz Star Records a visit.

That was all from us at the moment, take care and stay dark.

Hi there Tim.
Good to see that you agree with me about Arch Enemy, that album truly deservs an eight.
I saw them live last week in Gothenburg and Angela is surely one hell of a woman, and the band amazed me once again with their splendid performance.

I do believe that Mike Amott is a great guitarplayer and is appreciated therafter, and I totally agree with you that Daniel is underestimated. To hear his playing live is awesome and he is well deserved of some more attention if you ask me.

To David:

Only 5/10 for UDO's "Mission No. X" ?? Come on, it deserves an 8, or at least 7.5. From what I've read in the review, you know/heard the previous albums. So in a way you could be right. I haven't heard them, but I do think it's a good Heavy Metal album. Udo's still around and still knows his Metal, which can't be said from a lot of other 'old' (or even new) bands.

Also you didn't seem to like Masterplan's "Aeronautics" ? Hm.. it got a 9 here, with 'Recommended'.

To Tommy, about Arch Enemy's "Doom Machine":

Remember when I said I didn't like it that much, except for the faster songs? Well, I eventually did buy the album and I agree with Thomas: it actually is a good album and it does deserve an 8. I also bought Wages Of Sin (ltd. ed.) and that one too is kick-ass. They both are, but in a different way. And I think seeing the bnd live (Rock Ternat, Oct. 8) also helped. Angela is one hell of a woman, hahaha. Michael is a great guitarist - though I never really paid much attention to it. And I do think that Daniel (drums) deserves more attention. Isn't he underestimated/underrated compared with other bigger names?

A lot of remarks there, Tim. :) I will straighten some out and let David/Thomas handle the rest. David is totally correct in his judgment of the U.D.O. album. It is flat and boring as it is, and when compared to his earlier masterpieces it is close to being very bad. Unfortunatly, I have to say. But if you like Mission No. X, then you will adore his earlier stuff. Go get 'em! Arch Enemy, though, I have still not had any reason to change my mind about. Still a bit boring. But if you like it - thumbs up! :) Angela is indeed one hell of a woman. :) The guitarist and drummer are also above average in the scene, that I admit, but underrated? Nah, I think they get pretty much the appreciation they deserve. //Tommy

Yo. Niklas, right?
